1. What Payment gateways do you have?

The payment can be done either by bank transfer or through world remit.

2. How much do I have to pay ?

For Advance Bookings (31 Days or more)
  • 50% at the time of booking
  • 30% upon confirmation of e-vouchers
  • 20% upon arrival in India before commencement of the services
  • For Immediate Bookings (Less than 30 Days)
  • 70% at the time of booking
  • 30% upon arrival in India before commencement of the services
  • If flight tickets are involved in the package then 100% flight ticket cost in advance is require. EASTBOUND JOURNEYZ hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

3. Can I freeze my holiday price ?

Yes you can freeze the cost without paying anything in case your holiday does not involve any flights/trains. We shall give you payment deadline in this case. In case your holiday involves any flights then you can freeze the price by 50% of the total cost as booking confirmation fee.

4. How do I know my holiday is confirmed?

As soon as we receive the payment, we shall acknowledge it & go ahead with booking process. You shall receive all the travel e vouchers (flight tickets/hotel vouchers/service or activity voucher/train tickets) within 7 working days.

5. What is cancellation & refund policy ?

We do understand that at times we get caught by unforeseen & unavoidable circumstances in life & unfortunately at times people have to cancel their holiday but they also have to understand that cancellations are expensive for us as well since it involves our precious time & expertise, communication cost, time & admin cost therefore, in the event of cancellation of holiday we must be notified of the same in written & below cancellation charges would be as follows:

90 – 60 Days Prior To departure:  30% of package cost
59 – 30 Days Prior To departure:  50% of package cost
29 - 15 Days Prior To departure:  70% of package cost
14 - 07 Days Prior To departure:  100% of package cost

Refund For Hotel Payment Will Follow The Hotel’s Cancellation Policy
Train Tickets Cancellations Will Follow The Railway’s Policy
Flight Tickets Cancellations Will Follow The Airlines Company Policy

If the tour is cancelled by EASTBOUND JOURNEYZ, a full refund of all deposits/payments will be given. Airlines, railways, tour operators and other suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions. You may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.

6. Can I change few activities?

Once holiday gets confirmed. Yes, you can. If it is feasible and there is availability in the new activity that you want, you can go ahead and change the same.

7. Will the price increase after booking?

This is rarest of rare case. Though in case there is any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by govt of India, the same shall be intimate to you as soon as possible & would be charged as extra by you.

9. What if my activity gets cancelled?

This is a rare event at Eastbound Journeyz since we work with top 5 best & reliable partners in every Asian destination. If sudden changes in weather or other such unforeseen events lead to cancellation, you will be refunded the amount for the experience as per the cancellation policy of the experience /activity provider. Also, if there is sufficient heads up, we try and give you an equally exciting alternate, based on your interests.

10. Who can help us with emergencies?

We assign reliable, disciplined & knowledgeable chauffeurs & they will ensure you get transferred on time to the airport to board flight. However, if such thing happen then it is always best to get in touch with airline people directly to get a quick assistance.
